Monday

Hot Blend

6:30 - 7:30pm

Class starts with pranayama (breathing technique) leading into a beautiful flow of a class, infused with some slower movements designed to fully engage and sculpt the body.

This class is not beginner friendly but beginners are encouraged to try the class knowing they will need to go at their own pace. It is important for beginners to see where they can go in their own practice if they want to.
All of the studios instructors are able to guide their students safely and directly so that they can
develop and grow in their yoga practice.

Power Yoga

5:45 - 6:30am

This class is designed for you to burn calories, build muscles and bone density, tone, reduce stress, provide a cardiovascular boost and gain flexibility. Get "it" done early in the morning, great way to set up your day with lots of nourishment for your body and calming focus for your mind. Also, studies have shown that the most successful people in the world are early risers. You feel more energetic, confident and mentally prepared.
