HOT YOGA CLASS SCHEDULE

9:30 - 10:30am
Slow Burn is exactly what it is, a hot yoga class moving slow to isolate muscle use while burning calories during class as well as after class. This is a vinyasa style class focusing on alignment to heal and strength the whole body. It is also preventive work, so that your body has the ability to move more, be less tight which causes injury.
This is an all-level class, just be prepared to sweat

Monica who has been practicing 26/2 since she was 13yrs. old has created an amazing fusion of 26/2 with vinyasa style of yoga. This hot yoga class will leave you detoxed, feeling strong and with Monica's fun and fresh personality you are going to want to come every week!
