Slow Vinyasa

12:00 - 1:00pm

Love the poses of vinyasa, but don't like the speed of the class. Here is a class that combines vinyasa asanas (postures) with a slower tempo which cultivates more mindfulness as you flow. 

Intro to Yoga

4:30 - 5:30pm

Intro to yoga is where you want to come if you have never done yoga before. The class moves slower and is packed full of great information to make sure you are starting your practice off with

proper knowledge and alignment.

This class is for Beginners, but All-Levels are welcome to the class!

Everything In

6:00 - 7:15pm

This class has everything you need! It starts with a deep stretch warm-up to a faster pace flow,
bringing it down slow to a longer savasana.

Everything In is an All-Level yoga class. Yogi's are always encouraged to go at their own pace
and enjoy every part of their practice.

Candle Light

Water

Meditation

7:30 - 8:30pm

Mindfulness Meditation can be difficult at times. We offer this beautiful time to relax, meditate and use not just your breath to quiet your mind, but water. A natural element to distract the mind from wondering and getting caught in thought. The only time the mind gets to rest is during meditation and we know everything needs a break to rest and restore to function better. The warm glow from the candle reflected into the water is calming and hypnotizing, easily allowing for the mind to get lost in the stillness of the present moment. At the studio we offer our practitioners a candle and a bamboo bowl of water to be placed in front of you on the floor. At home, no problem! All you need is a quiet space, a candle and a bowl of water.

Wednesday

Power Vinyasa

9:30 - 10:45am

This class is not beginner friendly but beginners are encouraged to try the class knowing they will need to go at their own pace. It is important for beginners to see where they can go in their own practice if they want to.
All of the studios instructors are able to guide their students safely and directly so that they can
develop and grow in their yoga practice. This is a power 
vinyasa class, which moves quickly and has a mixture of power flows, arm balances, inversions and strength building postures to sculpt the body.

Yin

7:45 - 8:45pm

Yin is an approach to doing yoga poses that exercises/works the connective tissues and joints. The muscles are stretched gently in mainly seated or laying floor poses on the mat and held for longer periods to slowly work into the connective tissues and effectively work them. Yin is the practice of balance. Especially if you put your body through a lot of Yang.

Yin is a practice for everyone! All-Levels welcome. It benefits every single body type.

Thursday

Tarot Flow

6:00 - 7:15pm

Join Stephanie for this interactive vinyasa flow class. Every Thursday evening Stephanie will lead the class through a vinyasa practice while encouraging intention, students can bring their own personal deck of cards (any kind: tarot, angel, etc.), a journal and pen, crystals are welcome too. This class is designed to move you deeper into your yoga practice, gaining more insight into your higher self. It will be fun, progressive, and meaningful. Come with an open mind and an open heart!

Gentle Hatha

7:45 - 8:45pm

Hatha is a general word for yoga. During this class you will receive all the benefits of a traditional yoga practice in a gentle way. Come and get some deep stretching in, gain flexibility, enhance your breathing,
clear your mind and develop your focus.

This is a great class for Beginners as well as for All-Levels!

Friday

Bhakti Flow

10:00 - 11:15am

Bhakti flow is a Hatha and Vinyasa with a focus on breathing, movement and rooting back to earth. Bhakti means devotional service, so in our practice we will touch on our role towards one another and reconnect to something greater than ourselves. All-levels welcome!!!
