SLOW VINYASA          12:00 - 1:00 PM

Love the poses of vinyasa, but don't like the speed of the class. Here is a class that combines vinyasa asanas (postures) with a slower pace which cultivates more mindfulness as you flow.

INTRO YOGA               4:30 - 5:30 PM

Intro yoga is the class you want to come to if you have never done yoga before. The class focuses on breaking down the postures and is packed full of great information to make sure you are starting your practice off with proper knowledge and alignment. This class is for beginners, but all-levels are welcome to attend!

EVERYTHING IN          6:00 - 7:15 PM

This class has everything you need! It starts with a deep stretch warm-up to a faster pace flow,
bringing it down slowly to a longer savasana. 
Everything In is an all-level yoga class. Yogi's are always encouraged to go at their own pace and enjoy every part of their practice.

KUNDALINI YOGA         7:30 - 8:30 PM

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness and your individual experience. This technology was brought to the west in the late 60's by Yogi Bhajan. It includes Kriyas which are made up of breath work, postures, meditation and the science of sound also known as mantra. The Kriyas work to help balance the human being in totality.

TWEEN/TEEN YOGA         4:30 - 5:30 PM

Encouraging a greater sense of body awareness and self-reflection while nurturing blossoming independence. This tween/teen class is for 9 -16yrs. olds, it is a safe space for them, where they can be free to be themselves. Guided by Adrienne, who is a very sweet and patient person. She truly enjoys the exploration of teaching tweens and teens. She holds certifications specifically for this age group. VINYASA FLOW          6:00 - 7:00 PM

Get your sweat on, build full body strength and elevate your heart rate with this fun energetic class. Vinyasa is the type of yoga that keeps you moving, quiets your mind, and allows you to feel the amazingness and capability of your body. Let go, trust and flow! You got this!!!

YIN YOGA          7:30 - 8:45 PM

Yin is an approach to doing yoga postures that exercises/works the connective tissues and joints. The muscles are stretched gently in mainly seated or laying floor poses on the mat and held for longer periods to slowly work into the connective tissues and effectively move them. Yin is the practice of balance. Especially if you put your body through a lot of Yang.

Yin is a practice for everyone! All-Levels welcome. It benefits every single body type.

SHADOW YOGA          6:00 - 7:15 PM

Everything casts a shadow. It almost feels like our shadow is always following us around......and it is. The shadow is a psychological term for everything we can not see in ourselves. The shadow is the "dark side" of our personality because it consists mainly of primitive, negative human emotions and impulses. Every human being is susceptible to this, but as we uncover what our shadow self is we get to see that without a shadow there is no light. So we need both to thrive in our life! And exploring our shadow can usher one to greater authenticity, creativity, energy, and personal awakening leading to a "positive shadow". Each week in this class we will investigate an aspect of a human shadow conditioning so that we can unveil it, bring it to the light to deeply understand it. Guiding us closer each week to a greater self understanding and shifting out of the dark and into the light. This class will ask a lot of you, mentally and sometimes physically depending on our topic of discussion. So be prepared to awaken!

SOUND IMMERSION         8:00 -9:00 AM

This experiential meditation is a soothing and rejuvenating absorption for the senses. Immerse into relaxation as your body gets bathed in vibrational currents of ancient sound healing instruments. Crystal bowls are used to shift and cleanse your energy fields so you can move into the day feeling renewed. The intention is to create a chamber of healing vibrations that revitalize the mind, body, and spirit leaving you feeling liberated..

Sound Healing is tremendously  effective because it influences our emotional bodies as well as our physical bodies. Different sound vibrations interact with our physical and energetic bodies in regenerating ways; activating higher states of consciousness, unlocking blocked emotions, relieving  anxiety and stress, inducing relaxation within our parasympathetic nervous system, promoting deep meditative states, heightening clarity, relieving physical pain, releasing emotional trauma most importantly providing another venue to connect to our innermost selves.

TAROT FLOW          6:00 - 7:15 PM

Tarot Flow is an interactive vinyasa flow class. This class will lead you through a vinyasa practice while encouraging intention, students can bring their own personal deck of cards (any kind: tarot, positive affirmation, angel, etc.), a journal and pen, crystals are welcome too. This class is designed to move you deeper into your yoga practice, gaining more insight into your higher self. It will be fun, progressive, and meaningful. Come with an open mind and an open heart!

GENTLE HATHA         7:30 - 8:45 PM

Hatha is a general word for yoga. During this class you will receive all the benefits of a traditional yoga practice in a gentle way. Come and get some deep stretching in, gain flexibility, enhance your breathing, clear your mind and develop your focus.
