Love the poses of vinyasa, but don't like the speed of the class. Here is a class that combines vinyasa asanas (postures) with a slower pace which cultivates more mindfulness as you flow.
INTRO YOGA 4:30 - 5:30 PM
Intro yoga is the class you want to come to if you have never done yoga before. The class focuses on breaking down the postures and is packed full of great information to make sure you are starting your practice off with proper knowledge and alignment. This class is for beginners, but all-levels are welcome to attend!
EVERYTHING IN 6:00 - 7:15 PM
This class has everything you need! It starts with a deep stretch warm-up to a faster pace flow,
bringing it down slowly to a longer savasana. Everything In is an all-level yoga class. Yogi's are always encouraged to go at their own pace and enjoy every part of their practice.
KUNDALINI YOGA 7:30 - 8:30 PM
Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness and your individual experience. This technology was brought to the west in the late 60's by Yogi Bhajan. It includes Kriyas which are made up of breath work, postures, meditation and the science of sound also known as mantra. The Kriyas work to help balance the human being in totality.

Get your sweat on, build full body strength and elevate your heart rate with this fun energetic class. Vinyasa is the type of yoga that keeps you moving, quiets your mind, and allows you to feel the amazingness and capability of your body. Let go, trust and flow! You got this!!!
YIN YOGA 7:30 - 8:45 PM
Yin is an approach to doing yoga postures that exercises/works the connective tissues and joints. The muscles are stretched gently in mainly seated or laying floor poses on the mat and held for longer periods to slowly work into the connective tissues and effectively move them. Yin is the practice of balance. Especially if you put your body through a lot of Yang.
Yin is a practice for everyone! All-Levels welcome. It benefits every single body type.

This class is great for those new to yoga, and for those who need a refresher, or just want to practice because it’s a perfect time to get it in!
ADVANCED ASANA (ON PAUSE FOR THE SUMMER)
6:00 - 7:00 PM (HELD IN SMALL ROOM)
Every Wednesday at 6pm Gwyn will be holding space in The Koi’s smaller room for those who want to work on advanced asanas (postures). She will help guide, support, teach, breakdown yoga poses that you want to learn, grow into, get stronger in, or just play around. This is a great opportunity to have one-on-one time with Gwyn to make sure you are doing the postures correctly, to remain safe in your practice. Gwyn has been teaching workshops, classes, events for over 12 years. Sometimes you just need someone to tell you that you can do it, also explain which muscles to engage at the right time and what area of the body to fill up. Alignment, engagement, awareness, breathing and focus are key to any posture. Let’s play!

30/30, 30MIN. GENTLE STRECTCHING AND 30MIN. MEDITATION 7:30 - 8:30PM
Restore and Rest with this deeply relaxing class! 30min. of gentle hatha (gentle stretching) leading to 30min. of meditation.
Wear super comfy clothes, bring your stuff to make yourself comfortable (blankets, pillow, blocks, eye-pillow, etc.)
And get ready to be recharged!

SOUND IMMERSION 8:00 -9:00 AM
This experiential meditation is a soothing and rejuvenating absorption for the senses. Immerse into relaxation as your body gets bathed in vibrational currents of ancient sound healing instruments. Crystal bowls are used to shift and cleanse your energy fields so you can move into the day feeling renewed. The intention is to create a chamber of healing vibrations that revitalize the mind, body, and spirit leaving you feeling liberated..
Sound Healing is tremendously effective because it influences our emotional bodies as well as our physical bodies. Different sound vibrations interact with our physical and energetic bodies in regenerating ways; activating higher states of consciousness, unlocking blocked emotions, relieving anxiety and stress, inducing relaxation within our parasympathetic nervous system, promoting deep meditative states, heightening clarity, relieving physical pain, releasing emotional trauma most importantly providing another venue to connect to our innermost selves.
SOMATIC HEALING YOGA 10:00 - 11:00 AM
Somatic Healing Yoga aims to calm the nervous system while restoring strength and mobility to the body. We will engage simple postures, breath practice, meditation, and more. The goal is to ease our suffering in body, mind, and soul.
