Mondays

SLOW VINYASA 12:00 - 1:00 PM with Gwyn
Love the poses of vinyasa, but don't like the speed of the class. Here is a class that combines vinyasa asanas (postures) with a slower pace which cultivates more mindfulness as you flow.

INTRO YOGA 4:30 - 5:30 PM with Krystal
Intro yoga is the class you want to come to if you have never done yoga before. The class focuses on breaking down the postures and is packed full of great information to make sure you are starting your practice off with proper knowledge and alignment. This class is for beginners, but all-levels are welcome to attend!

EVERYTHING IN 6:00 - 7:15 PM with Maria
This class has everything you need! It starts with a deep stretch warm-up to a faster pace flow,
bringing it down slowly to a longer savasana. Everything In is an all-level yoga class. Yogi's are always encouraged to go at their own pace and enjoy every part of their practice.

SOMATIC HEALING YOGA 7:30 - 8:30 PM with Lezlee Ann
Somatic Healing Yoga aims to calm the nervous system while restoring strength and mobility to the body. We will engage simple postures, breath practice, meditation, and more. The goal is to ease our suffering in body, mind, and soul.

YIN YOGA 7:30 - 8:45 PM with Monica
Yin is an approach to doing yoga postures that exercises/works the connective tissues and joints. The muscles are stretched gently in mainly seated or laying floor poses on the mat and held for longer periods to slowly work into the connective tissues and effectively move them. Yin is the practice of balance. Especially if you put your body through a lot of Yang.
Yin is a practice for everyone! All-Levels welcome. It benefits every single body type.

CHAIR YOGA 12:00 - 1:00 PM with Gwyn
Don't think this class is just for people who can't sit on the floor. This is a wonderful class meant to support all kinds of bodies! The class is designed to get into the whole body all while providing support by using a chair. It is also great if you sit a lot for your occupation, learn ways to stretch and bring more comfort to your body while you work. Chair yoga isn't just for the wiser generation, it's for the smart people who know they need to still move their bodies no matter if you are standing or seated. Build strength and resilience!

BEGINNER YOGA 6:00 - 7:00 PM with Robyn
This class is great for those new to yoga, and for those who need a refresher, or just want to practice because it’s a perfect time to get it in!

TAROT YOGA 7:30 - 8:30PM with Brieanne
Your Higher Self exists and is waiting for you to listen.
Tarot Yoga is an experience for beginners and all-level practitioners of both yoga and the art of reading divination cards. Please bring your own Tarot or Oracle deck to each class, as Brieanne will be guiding you through a slow vinyasa flow using her intuition and helping you connect more deeply with yours. Each class will begin with Brieanne guiding you on how to perform a sight-unseen card reading for yourself. Throughout the flow, Brieanne will intuitively guide the class to reveal 1 card at a time, and at the end of class, each card that you pulled will be revealed with an overall message received. Brieanne will be there to help offer as much guidance as she can for further interpretation of the cards.
Come and immerse yourself in this new community where you can cleanse your energy, reconnect with your power, and explore your yoga practice and divination curiosities all at once! Strengthen your overall confidence and trust in your body, mind, and soul as you receive clear, guided messages from your Higher Self, the Universe, and maybe even loved ones, all through trusting your intuition. SOUND IMMERSION 8:00 -9:00 AM with Jewels
This experiential meditation is a soothing and rejuvenating absorption for the senses. Immerse into relaxation as your body gets bathed in vibrational currents of ancient sound healing instruments. Crystal bowls are used to shift and cleanse your energy fields so you can move into the day feeling renewed. The intention is to create a chamber of healing vibrations that revitalize the mind, body, and spirit leaving you feeling liberated..
Sound Healing is tremendously effective because it influences our emotional bodies as well as our physical bodies. Different sound vibrations interact with our physical and energetic bodies in regenerating ways; activating higher states of consciousness, unlocking blocked emotions, relieving anxiety and stress, inducing relaxation within our parasympathetic nervous system, promoting deep meditative states, heightening clarity, relieving physical pain, releasing emotional trauma most importantly providing another venue to connect to our innermost selves.

Hatha is a general word for yoga. During this class you will receive all the benefits of a traditional yoga practice in a gentle way. Come and get some deep stretching in, gain flexibility, enhance your breathing, clear your mind and develop your focus.

Fridays

YOGA WITH BANDS 9:00 - 10:15 AM with Gwyn
Level up with adding some resistance to your asana practice or not. Resistance bands with be offered in this Vinyasa class, but you do not need to use them if you don't want too, they are an option! Options are always fun! We like to keep our Friday class open for variety, whether unique postures are offered to practice or the use of props. Fridays are to celebrate and have a good time ;)! So come and enjoy trying something new or just come to have a good time!!!

If you do not have the app, please download it prior to signing up for a class.
